Sandun de Silva is a professional photographer with 20+ years of experience in fashion; architecture; resort; events and travel photography. Usually being based out of Colombo, Sri Lanka, he has built his career as a photographer in both Asia and Europe, in places such as Colombo, the Maldives, Paris, Bangkok, Berlin and now Helsinki. 

Having worked extensively for global brands such as Shangri- La hotels and resorts, Taj Hotels and LVMH among others, Sandun has also worked closely with Colombo Fashion Week since its early days till present.

His work has been published internationally, in publications such as Conde Nast Traveler, Vouge India, Harpers Bazar, Rolling Stone India, GQ UK, Elle, Elle Décor, Food and Travel, Lux UK, Absolute UK to name a few.

Sandun is working based out of Helsinki’s Punavuori from spring -24 onwards, where he lives with his family.
